In-house and third-party lab: moisture content, microbiology (TPC, Yeast, Mold, Salmonella, E-Coli), color value, mesh size, pesticide residue multi-screen, and MRL compliance for target markets.
Food-grade packaging materials, nitrogen flushing where required, heat sealing, and tamper-proof labeling. Every bag carries a lot number for full batch traceability.
Complete document set: Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and any market-specific regulatory paperwork.
